We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, museums, and transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness was also excellent; our room was spacious with a balcony, a closet, a TV, and a double bed, very comfortable. We also made use of the kitchen, very well-equipped. The staff, especially Felice, was friendly and kind; they made the check-in and check-out processes effortless.

The room was nice and cozy, perfect for the xmas season. the location was great too, close to many restaurants and shops. the staff was really friendly and helpful.

I must say that I was disappointed by the lack of xmas decorations in the room and common areas. the heating system didn't seem to work properly, making the stay quite chilly.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool, which would have been an added benefit to guests searching for a refreshing dip.
